Tim will share 33 years of experience at all levels of health and human services development, implementation and management across Nebraska and South Dakota government agencies. As administrator of major human services federal and state-funded programs, he met challenges from Omaha to the frontier areas of these mid-western states.

To meet the needs of more than 3000 children and youth in state custody, Tim focused on community networking to create a Child Protective Services system that emphasized success through state and local partnerships. Success was measured through definitive analysis of benchmark achievement and other quality indicators.

Management of local implementation of TANF, Food Stamps, Child Care Block Grant, Medicaid Home and Community Based Waivers , Developmental Disabilities, Title V Children with Special Health Care Needs, Social Services Block Grant, Adult Protective Services and other federal and state programs gave Tim a service package that met the needs of consumers while assuring that services were delivered effectively and within budget constraints.

With experience in economic assistance, medical and social services programs, Tim will be an asset to any problem solving venture at local, state or federal levels.
